Children and Young People’s Service Awards-Health and Wellbeing Awards 2017 Winner

On Wednesday evening The Russell Anderson Development School picked up its first award at the Aberdeen City Council Children and Young People’s Service Awards evening. RADS was shortlisted for its work with Riverbank Primary School in the Health and Wellbeing category at the event which was attended by over 200 people at the Beach Ballroom to celebrate the achievements of Children and Young People in the city.

“Naturally we are delighted to be recognised for the work we are doing with Riverbank Primary. The programme has come a long way in the last 5 and a half years and this award is testament to the hours of hard work that have been invested in the children at Riverbank. The coaches and staff at Riverbank deserve a great amount credit for building a relationship that is ultimately benefiting the children. ”
